SOME TIPS
Do not overheat the vacuum product too much; preheating for 4-5 minutes over a moderate flame will be sufficient.
After use, clean your Risolì with a mild detergent under lukewarm water, with a soft brush or sponge after which carefully dry it with a clean cloth and it is immediately ready for more cooking.
