Ingredients for 2 people

  • 8 medium-large shrimps
  • 2 Lemongrass stems
  • 10 bunches chives
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Salt

Directions

To prepare marinade

  1. Chop the lemongrass (white part included) and chives.
  2. Pour all the ingredients in a bowl and add oil.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and paprika and stir.

To prepare the shrimps

  1. Pour 3/4 of the marinade over the cleaned shrimps (you can either cut through shrimp shells along the top of the back or remove the shrimp shell and leave on the head). Let marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Heat the grill (Risolì Servigrill Granito). Add shrimps, brushing with the rest of the marinade.
  3. Turn the shrimps over to allow cooking on both sides. Adjust salt and paprika.
