TO GET STARTED
First, remove all labels from the product, then take a paper towel lightly soaked in cooking oil and wipe it over the entire non-stick surface.
At this point, you can place the product on the hob and start preheating it. After about 4 minutes, your Risolì® will be hot and ready to use.

SOME TIPS
The 7.0 mm base is suitable for induction hobs and features our Premium Brazed Full Disc system, already present in other Risolì collections, which allows for 50% energy savings and even heat distribution across the entire surface.
