Oriental style meets Dr.Green® technology. The Knives by Risolì knives, entirely manufactured in Italy, reproduce the lines and characteristics of Japanese artisan knives made of AISI 420 C stainless steel. Hardness 58 HRC. Blade sharpening on one side only.
