Designed with quality 18/10 stainless steel, the disc is ideal for universal use with all pots and pans that are not compatible with Induction cooktops. This disc captures induction heating on the pan placed on top and keeps food hot for more than 10 minutes. You can use the adapter disc with the handle mounted for vessels up to diameter 28. For larger vessels you can remove the handle but taking some precautions.
