The unique handcrafted and hand-finished black lacquered beech wood knife block is a versatile six-piece set of basic equipment for both amateur chefs and restaurateurs. Oriental style meets Dr.Green® technology. The Knives by Risolì knives, entirely manufactured in Italy, reproduce the lines and characteristics of Japanese artisan knives made of AISI 420 C stainless steel. Hardness 58 HRC.
