Ingredients for 4 people
- 8 slices bread
- 5 anchovies in oil
- 3 teaspoons orange marmalade
- 25 g butter
- Extra-virgin olive oil q.s.
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
Directions
- Cut bread into 8 slices and season with a bit of oil.
- In the meantime, in a small saucepan soften butter and anchovies, then prepare a sauce, mixing the orange marmalade and the softened anchovies.
- Place the slices of bread on the grill and allow them to toast on both sides.
- Season with the sauce and add a bit of ginger powder.
- Serve and try while they are still warm.
