Ingredients for 4 people

  • 8 slices bread
  • 5 anchovies in oil
  • 3 teaspoons orange marmalade
  • 25 g butter
  • Extra-virgin olive oil q.s.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

Directions

  1. Cut bread into 8 slices and season with a bit of oil.
  2. In the meantime, in a small saucepan soften butter and anchovies, then prepare a sauce, mixing the orange marmalade and the softened anchovies.
  3. Place the slices of bread on the grill and allow them to toast on both sides.
  4. Season with the sauce and add a bit of ginger powder.
  5. Serve and try while they are still warm.
