First, remove all labels from the product. Then, take a paper towel lightly soaked in cooking oil and wipe it over the entire non-stick surface.
At this point, place the product on the stovetop and start preheating it. After about 4 minutes, your Risolì® will be hot and ready to use.

SOME TIPS
Do not overheat the product when empty; a 5-minute preheat will be sufficient.
The non-stick surface is highly efficient but more sensitive to abrasions. Therefore, we recommend avoiding cutting food directly inside the cookware. It is also advisable not to use sharp metal utensils—opt instead for wooden, plastic, or silicone kitchen tools.
After use, clean your Risolì® with a mild detergent under warm water (we recommend our low-soda GreenClean cleaner), then immediately dry it thoroughly with a clean cloth.
