First, remove all labels on the product, after which take a paper towel lightly soaked in cooking oil and wipe it all over the nonstick.

Some tips

Do not overheat the product too much when empty; a 4-5 minute preheating in a 240°C oven will suffice. After use, clean your Risolì with a mild detergent under lukewarm water after which dry it carefully with a clean cloth and it is immediately ready for more cooking.
