The grill pan is made of high-gauge Die Cast Aluminum with new El Diamant Profile® coating, which provides unprecedented scratch resistance, thanks to silicon carbide particles synthesized to achieve diamond-like strength while maintaining the inherent qualities of die-cast aluminum. Tested to last more than 40,000 cycles of use. Measures 26 x 26 cm.
