TO GET STARTED
First, remove all labels on the product, after which take a paper towel lightly soaked in cooking oil and wipe it all over the nonstick.
EGGS & SWEET – The 14cm low casserole is a useful and versatile tool for your kitchen; it is a single-portion low casserole that you can bring directly to the table. It is made of thick cast aluminum with nonstick, thus allowing heat to spread evenly and is ideal for healthy, low-fat cooking.
Ideal for cooking fried eggs or creme brûlé.

Handy, fun and easy to use. Perfect for younger children but also ideal for those who want to bring small portions to the table during an appetizer and serve them warm.
Do not overheat the product too much in a vacuum; preheating for 4-5 minutes over a moderate flame or in the oven will suffice.
Nonstick being environmentally friendly also performs well but is more sensitive to abrasion so we recommend not cutting food inside. It is also advisable not to use sharp metal utensils, preferring to use wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils. If you see that nonstick tends to darken this is not a defect but being an eco-friendly coating it tends to absorb with fatty cooking such as meat or acidic cooking such as tomato.
After use, clean your Risolì with a simple mild detergent under lukewarm water (we recommend our low-soda GreenClean detergent) after which you should immediately dry it carefully with a clean cloth .
