The lid creates the perfect moisture content for slow, healthy cooking without losing the nutritional properties of foods. Step 1 – Pour the water inside VAPORgrill; Step 2 – Place the lid and put on the stove. The steam will ensure that the properties of the ingredients are maintained; Step 3- Remove the lid and finish cooking on the grill until the liquids have completely evaporated. 10 mm thick.       VAPORgrill is the ideal method to properly preserve food nutrients. Perfect for making light and healthy dishes without the excessive use of oil.
      The steam, which gently envelops foods, maintains the shape, color and texture of vegetables, fish and chicken. The grill flavors the ingredients and ensures that they are cooked to perfection.

      IMPORTANT: With Risolì® extra induction products, use the maximum temperature of 4-5 on the power scale from 1-10 on your cooktop, which will not only save you money on energy costs but will prevent your Risolì® from overheating in a very short time and damaging its coating.

      SOME TIPS

      Step 1: Fill the VAPORgrill Risolì with water, broth or the cooking liquid of your choice. The optimal water level should reach half the height of the low casserole.

      Step 2: Place the ingredients on the grill and airtight lid so that no steam escapes. Bring to a boil.

      Step 3: Halfway through preparation, remove the lid to finish cooking on the grill until the liquids have completely evaporated. Serve immediately for a perfect result.
