DUO is a 14cm mini-casserole that combines with an innovative lid that heats food from top to bottom making it a real oven, you can therefore cook and serve, for example, prawn and courgette poke, roasted or stuffed potatoes, stuffed soups and sauces such as bechamel, ragù, guacamole or pesto or delicious cheeses, in short, a universal cuisine, classic or creative, ideal for simple and quick but always refined condiments.
DUO, thanks to the use of aluminum with differentiated thicknesses, guarantees a gentle and homogeneous heat distribution, for cooking your recipes at the right temperature.

SOME ADVICES
Do not overheat the product too much when empty, preheating for 4-5 minutes on a moderate flame will be sufficient.
After use, clean your Risolì® with a delicate detergent under warm water, then dry it carefully with a clean cloth and it is immediately ready for further cooking.
