Risolì has always been known for its production of Made in Italy professional-quality die-cast aluminum firing tools to which Italian ingenuity is among the values that have been passed on to all workers in the Lumezzane district in northern Italy for more than 55 years of manufacturing. Craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology that enabled the company to create their latest project called Royal d’Alù®, once again using 100 percent recycled and therefore sustainable liquid aluminum that fantastic Italian master chefs known for the quality of their cuisine around the world wanted to achieve increasingly complex recipes for making sweet and savory cakes and doughnuts with inimitable results.
SOME TIPS
The Royal D’Alù project started in 2020 thanks to a team effort for the first time made all in smart working cause covid where many chefs created sweet and savory recipes initially using the first prototypes that have now become reality for the planned launch in the second half of 2021.
