TO GET STARTED

First, remove all labels on the product, after which take a paper towel lightly soaked in cooking oil and wipe it all over the nonstick.

Another premium item produced in the Lumezzane/Brescia factory signed Risolì a company now on the market of 100% Made in Italy quality since 1965.

The pescera is particularly innovative; in fact, thanks to recycled and recyclable die-cast aluminum, it was possible to melt it at different thicknesses as well as to develop an aroma-saving honeycomb bottom particle that will respect the organoleptic properties of food by sealing it to the food.

At this point you can place the product on the stovetop and start preheating it, after about 4 minutes your Risolì will already be hot and ready to be used

CARE & ADVICE

Risolì’s oval pescera in its many variations, especially for fish, pasta dishes and spaghetti dishes, but also for fillets, trotter or cotechino.

It is particularly suitable for cooking in the oven, as well as gas, electric and bbq (no induction).

The Risolì oval fishpan will enhance flavors for healthy and light cooking that is environmentally friendly and in line with current health food disciplines.

Do not overheat the product too much when empty; a 4-5 minute preheating in a 240°C oven or on Gas will suffice.

After use, clean your Risolì with a mild detergent under lukewarm water after which dry it carefully with a clean cloth and it is immediately ready for more cooking.
