Ingredients for 4 people
To prepare turkey
- 400 g turkey breast
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 squeezed lemon
- Bread crumbs
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons hot Paprika
- 1 pinch of salt
To prepare ricotta and walnuts cream sauce
- 250 g Ricotta
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 100 g Cherry nuts
- 1/2 lemon zest
- Pepper
To prepare the sandwich
- Salad
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes
- 4 Arabian sandwiches
Directions
To prepare grilled turkey
- Pour oil, lemon juice, a minced garlic clove, dried parsley, paprika, salt and grated bread into a bowl.
- Place turkey breast into the marinade and let stand for at least half an hour.
- Heat the grill and place the drained turkey breast, when it’s hot, until the turkey is well cooked.
To prepare ricotta and walnuts cream sauce
- Mix ricotta and add grated zest of half a lemon. Stir well with a fork.
- Add pepper, salt and the minced walnuts. Stir.
Notes
To create the sandwich
Cut sandwiches into half and pour a little bit of raw oil on one of the two halves. Add salad and cover with turkey. Spread a little bit of ricotta and walnuts sauce on the bread. Finally add the chopped cherry tomatoes. Cover with the other half of bread. Heat the sandwich on your Risolì grill and enjoy.
