Ingredients for 2 People

  • 4 small cuttlefish
  • 4 crayfish
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 300 g perch
  • Salt
  • Smoked paprika

Directions

  1. Chop peppers.
  2. Chop perch into cubes.
  3. Clean cuttlefish and crayfish.
  4. Thread a perch chunk and a piece of green pepper onto the skewer.
  5. Then thread a crayfish piece and a red pepper. Finally add the cuttlefish and finish with another perch chunk.
  6. Do the same with the other skewers.
  7. Heat Risolì Servigrill and place the skewers onto the grill.
  8. Season with salt and smoked paprika, then cook on both sides.
