Ingredients for 2 People
- 4 small cuttlefish
- 4 crayfish
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 300 g perch
- Salt
- Smoked paprika
Directions
- Chop peppers.
- Chop perch into cubes.
- Clean cuttlefish and crayfish.
- Thread a perch chunk and a piece of green pepper onto the skewer.
- Then thread a crayfish piece and a red pepper. Finally add the cuttlefish and finish with another perch chunk.
- Do the same with the other skewers.
- Heat Risolì Servigrill and place the skewers onto the grill.
- Season with salt and smoked paprika, then cook on both sides.
