Ingredients for 8 people
- 800 g potatoes
- 60 g 00 flour
- 200 g Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rosemary
Directions
- Peel the potatoes and grate them with a grater (large holes).
- Pour the grated potatoes into a bowl, add flour, rosemary, salt and pepper. Blend everything with a wooden spoon.
- Grease a 28 cm frypan with oil and remove the exceeding oil with kitchen paper. Add half of the obtained mixture, slice mozzarella cheese and place it all over the pizza.
- Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Turn the potato pizza over (just as you would with a frittata) and let cook on the other side for 10 more minutes. Serve warm.
