Eco-friendly non-stick coating
All the products in the Dr.Green® line are characterised by a triple non-stick layer, made with the innovative Greenstone® water-based system, inert and inorganic, with double resistance to wear.
Chef-proof results
The body of each Dr.Green® is made of high-gauge die-cast aluminium (6mm). This top-quality material makes it possible to distribute the temperature evenly across the surface, to obtain optimal fat-free cooking, even at low temperatures. This does not destabilise the food and promotes better development of flavour while guaranteeing significant energy savings.
All in a single product
The Dr.Green® line is available in two versions: the first for gas, electric and glass-ceramic hobs; the second for induction hobs.
All models are made of high-quality die-cast aluminium, a 100% recycled and recyclable material. Nickel Free and PFOA Free to guarantee maximum safety for your health.
Like all Risolì® products, it has obtained TÜV, DNV and DTI food and environmental safety certifications.
